Duties:

 
• Ensure company commitment with local regulations and maintain ethical standards in its scientific and medical activities.
• Implement regulations and instructions issued by local authorities.

• Follow up with the Regulatory Affairs (RA) department on the registration of pharmaceutical preparations thorough SFDA and GHC to ensure all required documentation and submissions for registering new pharmaceutical products or renewing existing registrations are completed on time.
• Act as the official representative of Medochemie LTD in dealings with regulatory authorities (SFDA and GHC).
• To organize meetings with SFDA/ GHC to clarify any issues related to new registrations/ renewals/ variations in well-structured, and on timely manner. To work very closely with SFDA/ GHC authority as per direction/ input shared by HQ/Management on various projects.
• Provide and properly store free samples of registered drugs, this involves managing the distribution, storage, and tracking of samples to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor drug quality, effectiveness, and side effects of the company products and ensure these are communicated to the RA department and regulatory authorities.
• Follow up updating the PIL and packaging to ensure compliance with approved information in coordination with the RA.
• follow up the protection of patents and manufacturing rights of company drugs in coordination with the relevant stakeholders,
• Act as Deputy QPPV in the absence of the local QPPV

Qualifications:

• Applicant should be Saudi national.
• Must be a licensed pharmacist by the Saudi Council of Health Specialties.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the same position is required.

Duties:

Qualifications:

Duties:

•    Execute/Monitor the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for new platforms/tools
•    Document and maintain software functionality
•    Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
•    Manage projects and coordinate with vendors to ensure the on-time delivery and quality of technology projects, such as Document Management System, ERP etc.
•    Track and monitor project progress and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders
•    Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks and issues

Qualifications:

•    BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
•    3+ years of proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer. Data Analytics experience will be considered as an advantage.
•    Experience in designing and developing interactive applications. Experience in designing and developing interfaces between systems will be considered as an advantage
•    Ability to develop software in Java, ASP.NET, C++ or other programming languages. Experience in developing web applications (PHP, Python) will be considered as an advantage

Purpose of the role:

Duties:

• Develop and implement commercial excellence strategies to drive business growth and market share in the MENA region.
• Lead strategic projects, promoting value-added services with major customers, manage distributors’ commercial agreements, and contracting terms.
• Establish performance metrics, goals key performance indicators (KPIs) provide regular and timely feedback, coaching to enhance individual and team performance enhance sales force effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and customer needs and provide actionable insights to the commercial team to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems to ensure accurate & timely customer data and drive customer segmentation, targeting, and personalized engagement strategies.
• Devise tools and a culture of continuous improvement within the commercial operations leveraging feedback and data-driven insights to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, supply chain, quality, etc. in order to align regional commercial strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Develop, lead and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
• Streamline commercial processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in the MENA region.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance business growth.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the MENA region.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sound organization, 8-10 years of successful, in-depth sales and marketing experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus in Middle East
• Experience in driving strategic planning and developing high business growth through new business opportunities
• Proven Business management capabilities & ability of initiating and completing strategic projects that add to the bottom line
• Ability to prioritize activities, to make difficult discissions to ensure efficient use of recourses and added critical actions impacting the business
• Understanding of external stakeholder mapping and market access strategies
