Duties:
- Coordinate, supervise and control production processes to ensure that products are produced according to the appropriate procedures in order to obtain the required quality

- Carry out the production plan according to the production schedule
- Supervise, coach, develop and monitor of the production personnel to ensure productivity and product quality

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmacy or other related field

Duties:
- Be responsible for the CMC compilation of dossiers and dossier updates for existing products, in eCTD format and in compliance with the global regulations in force
- Be responsible for the CMC dossier compilation of new products in a timely and accurate manner
- Compilation and monitoring the progress of scientific responses to deficiencies in a timely and accurate manner
- Be responsible of data evaluation and review of CMC relevant documentation in line with internal procedures and relevant guidelines for the dossier submission fulfilling key milestones and being accountable for the quality and compliance of submissions
- Evaluate deviations to the relevant documentation, identifying regulatory actions required for the marketed products. Have a key role representing Regulatory Affairs team in the Interdepartmental discussions on the issues affecting Medochemie’s projects
- Successfully maintain dossiers’s lifecycle
- Be able to monitor, coordinate and supervise a team of people for the successful handling of CMC tasks
Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, etc). A post graduate degree will be considered an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, in the field of generic product development, Regulatory Affairs or QA
- Knowledge and practical understanding of EU and non-EU pharmaceutical legislation, EMA & ICH relevant guidelines

We invite applications from highly qualified and motivated professionals for the position of R&D Patent Senior Specialist based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Duties:
- Search in available patent databases in order to check the status of patent applications, litigations etc in both European and non - European territories
- Review, analyze and inform on patent restrictions and prepare consolidated patent reports with due diligence
- Search for the patent regulations in force in each country for new or existing products
- Assess and conclude on active pharmaceutical substances patents pertinent to their synthetic schemes and physical properties, on finished dosage forms compositions, indications, manufacturing processes etc towards any valid patents
- Prepare high quality and substantiated advices on the new products strategies in terms of patent restrictions and specific issues that need to be taken into consideration
Qualifications:
- University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as patent specialist in generic medicines is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Profficient in the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus

Medochemie Ltd invites applications from career oriented Research and Development Associate based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Duties:
- Perform physical and chemical analysis for analytical and product development and follow all the guidelines on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Conduct a preliminary and limited quality evaluation of the raw material and Finished product tested for R&D purposes in accordance with the current guidelines in force.
- Apply basic regulatory knowledge under which the medical products are governed.
- Prepare analytical plan and protocol.
- Compile consolidated summaries and provide required reports throughout the development of each product.
- Perform detailed literature searches and review all available literature data for the development of analytical and product development.
Qualifications:
- University degree in pharmaceutical chemistry or Chemistry.
- Post graduate degree will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry it will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
- Very good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and result orientation.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Fluency in Greek & English language.
