Προσόντα:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized University

Καθήκοντα:

• Responsible for the compilation of dossier sections and sourcing of relevant documentation for modules 2-5 of Medochemie dossiers intended for registration for Medochemie or clients at global scale in eCTD format

 The Pharmacovigilance Specialist will have the opportunity to:
• Monitor and assess adverse drug reactions (ADRs) for the company's portfolio of generic medicines.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) to Eudravigilance accordance with EU regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical affairs) to support safety data management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update pharmacovigilance databases in compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP).
• Prepare periodic safety update reports (PSURs), risk management plans (RMPs), and other safety documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Conduct signal detection and benefit-risk analysis for products on the market.
• Participate in pharmacovigilance audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
• Support the Pharmacovigilance Quality system by providing trainings, updating procedures, prepare and review contractual agreements as well as other quality related responsibilities, as per internal procedures.
• Support the QPPV with maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in EU pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines to ensure company-wide adherence.

Καθήκοντα:

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σου;   Υπεύθυνος /η για τον έλεγχο των αποθεμάτων πρώτων υλών και υλικών συσκευασίας, καθώς και ημιέτοιμου και έτοιμου προϊόντος στην αποθήκη. Βέλτιστη διαχείριση των πόρων που διαχειρίζεται. Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή διεξαγωγή των διαδικασιών όπως αυτές περιγράφονται στα Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες Καλής Παρασκευής (GMP). Μεριμνά για την ασφάλεια τόσο του προσωπικού όσο και των υλικών/προϊόντων της Εταιρείας. Βέλτιστη επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα παραγωγής και συσκευασίας για να διασφαλίζεται η συνεχής ροή προϊόντων. Ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεται πολλές παραγγελίες ή διαδικασίες ταυτόχρονα, χωρίς λάθη. Γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων. Δεξιότητες στη χρήση λογισμικών διαχείρισης αποθήκης και συστημάτων παρακολούθησης (π.χ. barcode scanners). Κατανόηση ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων και διαδικασιών εισαγωγής/εξαγωγής δεδομένων. Κατανόηση της χρήσης ειδικών συστημάτων για τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, όπως τα ERP συστήματα. Διασφαλίζει ότι το σύστημα ERP είναι πάντοτε σωστά ενημερωμένο και ανταποκρίνεται στη πραγματικότητα Διασφαλίζει αποτελεσματικές και αποδοτικές συνθήκες αποθήκευσης για όλα τα υλικά/προϊόντα στην αποθήκη.            Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή παρακολούθηση και έγκαιρη ενημέρωση στον ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή όλων των λογισμικών πράξεων που διεξάγονται στην αποθήκη. Εκδίδει έγκαιρα οποιαδήποτε έντυπα χρειάζονται από το Document Management System (DMS) Είναι υπεύθυνος και ενημερώνει τον Διευθυντή Αποθηκών για την κυκλική απογραφή αποθεμάτων Λαμβάνει μέρος στη Διαδικασία Καταγραφής των Αποθεμάτων. Συμπληρώνει έγκαιρα και έγκυρα όλα τα ημερολόγια καταγραφής (logbook) Λαμβάνει μέρος στη Διαδικασία Παραγγελιών υλικών/προϊόντων Εισηγείται σκέψεις/τρόπους για καλυτέρευση των διαδικασιών της Αποθήκης και της Εταιρείας γενικότερα. Αναλαμβάνει νέα ή αναπροσαρμοσμένα καθήκοντα σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ειδικές ανάγκες του Τμήματος Αποθηκών και της Εταιρείας γενικότερα. Εξασφαλίζει την ιχνηλασιμότητα των υλικών/προϊόντων και ακολουθεί το FEFO Εντοπίζει και αξιολογεί κίνδυνους που σχετίζονται με το χώρο που εποπτεύει

Προσόντα:

Απαραίτητα προσόντα για τη θέση:   Δίπλωμα σε Διοίκηση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας (Supply Chain Management), Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οργάνωση, Διοίκηση Αποθηκών ή αλλον συναφή τομέα. Προηγούμενη τριετής εμπειρία σε Διαχείριση Λειτουργίας Αποθήκης. Πολύ καλή γνώση συστημάτων ERP και RF Scanner Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και MS Office. Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας. Πρωτοβουλία, ενδιαφέρον για προσωπική ανάπτυξη και διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση. To conduct research, develop and optimize analytical methods for the characterization of APIs and related compounds using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), LC-MS/MS and Gas Chromatography (GC). Perform physical and chemical analysis for analytical and product development and follow all the guidelines on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Conduct a preliminary and limited quality evaluation of the raw material and Finished product tested for R&D purposes in accordance with the current guidelines in force. • Search in available patent databases in order to check the status of patent applications, litigations etc in both European and non - European territories
• Review, analyze and inform on patent restrictions and prepare consolidated patent reports with due diligence

To perform chemical analysis to raw materials and finished pharmaceutical dosage forms using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC). To carry out stability studies to pharmaceutical products stored under different climatic control conditions following the appropriate monitoring software, using the required analytical & separation technique and implementing analytical chemistry statistics.
