From November 21st to December 12th, we are participating in an unusual race, running the Virtual Medochemie 5KM City Race, which is part of the Virtual OPAP Limassol Marathon.
Participants can run the distance alone or with friends, outdoors or indoors, at their own pace and on any day during the virtual race period. At the same time they can repeat their task one or more times, in order to achieve the best performance, but sending their final time only once.
The OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO is held this year in a virtual version, due to the coronavirus pandemic, thus maintaining strong links with the running movement, around the world.
As stated by the Sales Manager of Medochemie, Nicos Christides, in the context of the long-term support of the OPAP Limassol Marathon GSO, Medochemie is sponsoring again this year, the virtual version of the event, and in specific the 5KM Road Race. It is, said Mr. Christides, an original idea, which promotes the sports ideals, as a positive way of life for a healthy society, despite the difficult conditions of the pandemic.
