Duties:
- Assists the coordination of L&D programs, including scheduling and logistics, participant registration and tracking participation and completion
- Assists subsidy programs ran by the organisation. (i.e. HRDA, Department of Labour, KEPA)
- Maintains L&D programs records in hardcopy and electronic format e.g: certificates of attendance, attendance forms and training material
- Assists in the coordination of Wellbeing activities
- Generates and share reports on HR and training activities
- Maintains employee and training data in the HRIS
- Resolves HRIS technical issues and collaborate with vendor to resolve them
- Advice to users on HR system including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems related to the operations of the HR system
- Assists with data audits of HRIS and ensuring data quality.
- Supports any immigration matters
Qualifications:
- High school certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role is a requirement
- Experience in HRIS administration is a must; hands-on experience with Exelsys software will be considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be considered as advantage
- Previous experience with HRDA programs will be considered as advantage
- Fluency in both Greek and English language
- Detailed oriented approach and strong digital literacy

Duties:

Duties:

- Provide and properly store free samples of registered drugs, this involves managing the distribution, storage, and tracking of samples to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor drug quality, effectiveness, and side effects of the company products and ensure these are communicated to the RA department and regulatory authorities.
- Follow up updating the PIL and packaging to ensure compliance with approved information in coordination with the RA.
- follow up the protection of patents and manufacturing rights of company drugs in coordination with the relevant stakeholders,
- Act as Deputy QPPV in the absence of the local QPPV
Qualifications:
- Applicant should be Saudi national.

Duties:

Duties:
- To perform chemical analysis to raw materials and finished pharmaceutical dosage forms using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC).
- To carry out stability studies to pharmaceutical products stored under different climatic control conditions following the appropriate monitoring software, using the required analytical & separation technique, and implementing analytical chemistry statistics.

Qualifications:
